You have questions...

Q: What's the process?
​A: On the COMPARE PACKAGES page you can see what is included in each package.  Pricing is listed on the page for each package.
When you decide which package you want, let us know on the CONTACT page and we'll reply with further details.

Q: Will you sign an NDA? 
​A: Of course. Email us your NDA. We'll sign it, send it back, and you can continue the process. Likewise, without an NDA we provide the same level of privacy & secrecy...you can be confident that your ideas will not be shared or spoken of verbally, via email, publicly or by any other means.

Q: How long does it take?
​A:  It depends on which package you choose. For the simple package allow 5 business days. For the other packages allow 7-10 days. 

Q: Can I get it faster? 
​A:  Maybe, depending on our workload. Let us know if speed is an issue and we'll talk it through.  There may be an extra charge.

Q: What's included?
​A:  We think you shouldn't have to pay for things you don't want. Since everyone's needs are different, we have several options.
Details are on the COMPARE PACKAGES page. All documents will be provided to you as pdfs with no MovieSchedulePro branding.

Q: I see you use Movie Magic Scheduling and Budgeting. Do I get the MM file? 
​A:  The Movie Magic file is not included in the package prices, but you can purchase it for an additional charge.

Q: What if I need a document not included?
​A:  No problem, let us know what you need and we'll figure out together if it adds to the cost.
Every show is different and we've seen it all.

Q: Can I choose a template/style for the documents? 
​A:  Yes, you can choose any of the standard Movie Magic templates, choose one of our templates, or provide your own. 

Q: How much does it cost?
​A:  So that you don't have to pay for things you don't need, each package is different. Prices are listed on each package page.

Q: When do I pay?
​A:  We ask that you pay one half the total amount when you purchase a package. The other half when you receive your documents.

Q: How do I pay?
​A:  Our preferred method of payment is via Zelle (Zelle is the peer-to-peer payment service most commonly integrated with banks - you probably already have it in your online or mobile banking software). There are no fees for either you or us.

​If you would rather pay using Paypal, a 3% fee will be added to your invoice to cover that cost.

Q: Does the length of my script affect the cost? 
​A:  Yes, it does...the shorter the format, the less it costs. There are different prices for Shorts, TV-single episodes, TV-multiple episodes, and Feature Films. 

Q: I also need a budget. Can you do that also?
​A:  Yes we can. One of our packages includes an industry standard budget.

Q: What if I want changes to the final documents?
​A:  We back our services completely, and each package includes two free adjustments.
​If you see something you either don't agree with or want adjusted, no problem.
We want to help you move your project forward and that means making sure you're happy.

Q: What if I have a script revision? Do I have to pay again?
​A:  Although script revisions can be a pain, they are a necessary part of the process - that's how scripts get better:) 
Very minor revisions (like a character name change) can be made as one of the two adjustments included, but in most cases we will be able to process the revision for an additional flat rate of $100. Occasionally a major revision (like if your sci-fi thriller has become a musical:) will cost more. We'll always talk it over and agree on a price in these situations.

Q: Can you help me find financing?
​A:  No, sorry.

Q: Can you give me script and production advice?
​A:  Well, we could...doing so somewhat elevates our role to "consultant" (and depending how involved you want us to be could add a cost), but we are not opposed to helping you push that boulder up the hill.
